Real questions, straight answers

How is this different from my CRM? +
Your CRM tracks customer deals and contacts. Partnr tracks the partnership programs — certifications, MDF credits, joint content, SI hierarchies — that drive those deals. They're designed to work together: Partnr manages the partnership, your CRM manages the customer. We sync select data over, not replace it.
What is a "Program" in Partnr? +
A Program is the core unit of partnership work — things like an AWS AI Competency certification track, an MDF application, a joint case study, or a marketplace listing. Each has a lifecycle stage (Initiated → Requirements → In Progress → Launched → Benefit Realized), requirements checklists, and links to the activities that advance it.
Do I need AWS/Azure API access to use this? +
No. In v1, you log program data manually — which takes less than 5 minutes per program. AWS and Azure Partner Center API integrations are on the Phase 3 roadmap and will pull certification status, enrollment, and MDF data automatically once live.
What's the weekly snapshot report? +
It's an auto-generated summary of your partnership activity for the past 7 days — programs advanced, certifications completed, content published, credits secured, deals registered. It's designed to replace the hand-crafted email you currently send your CRO every Friday.
Is my data private? Who else can see it? +
All data is isolated by user with Supabase Row Level Security — nobody else can access your data. We don't sell data, serve ads, or use your partnership data for any purpose other than running the product. SOC 2 Type II audit is on the roadmap.
Can I cancel or export my data? +
Yes to both. Cancel anytime from your account settings — no penalty, no questions. CSV export is available on all paid plans. You own your data and can take it with you at any time.
What's the design partner program? +
